Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Madrid. The location was best possible and top, close to a vast pedestrianized public square. Besides, I were close to restaurants and bars. The breakfast was more than adequate and fresh made and had a good choice of options😀

Location
Room. After one person took a shower the water was all around the toilet. We made a complaint about this and nobody care.

the location is perfect for a weekend trip if you want to visit the museums and do a little shopping. The room we had is small, but functional and we will probably be back sometime.

Excellent and incredible location, just close to a large urban plaza. Lovely quiet area right by bars and restaurants, the airport by shuttle for six euros, and the hill to the main shopping area Don't. Really well appointed and well-kept room with great beds, good offer.
Wi-Fi was quite slow.

The location was fantastic, super close to everything, like senator gran via. The hotel was clean and really pretty inside. Especially alvaro and nahuel, were helpful. They helped with reservations and provided great local tips. I felt very welcome here.

The central location and proximity to shops and restaurants. The hotel courtyard interior and glass lifts. The proximity to the underground.
The main street Gran Via is very noisy at all times. Several sirens sound throughout the night.

The location is unbeatable. Enjoying breakfast on the 8th floor with fine city views was a highlight. The room had limited electrical outlets, and the slow Wi-Fi was frustrating. The bar area felt cramped, offering little space to relax. It combines comfort with a great position, but functional issues need attention.

Slightly old fashioned style but worked fine as base for business meetings. Location right in centre of Madrid and next to Gran Via Metro - so very convenient. Room was comfortable - overlooking city. Free internet works fine throughout hotel Staff were very helpful, friendly and obliging
